The aim of this session is to provide you with an introduction to mental health and wellbeing and the importance of attending to the needs of your people to enable and support them in achieving their best performance.
Modules/Lessons
During this session, we will:
- Explore and better understand the definitions that exist around mental health and wellbeing including how this can manifest in the workplace.
- Ensure you understand the legislative implications for mental health in the workplace.
- Identify some of the key things that can impact mental health and some of the formally diagnosed conditions that you may encounter.
- Consider some of the preventative steps you might take to raise awareness and understanding amongst your colleagues, inviting them to engage more fully with supporting each other’s mental health and wellbeing.
