The Situational Leadership® Essentials virtual public workshop teaches participants the Situational Leadership® Model and equips them with the skills to drive successful performance and pivot to meet the challenges of today’s workforce.
Situational Leadership® Essentials introduces learners to the Situational Leadership® Model and provides a framework for assessing the performance needs of others. The course teaches participants how to integrate Situational Leadership® into their daily routines to achieve results while keeping their teams engaged, informed and productive.
This live, virtual training event leverages a social format to enrich and inspire learning through collaboration with the facilitator and peers, as well as polls, discussions and relevant case study videos. During the course, you will also receive valuable resources and job aids to help you apply what you learned back on the job.

Day 1: Participants will gain an understanding of basic leadership concepts and be introduced to the Situational Leadership® Model and the key elements of Performance Readiness®.

Day 2: Participants will learn to match and communicate leader response, identify and reverse regression and consistently apply Situational Leadership® practices in their roles.

Workshops (Virtual and In-Person): Attendees may reschedule their registration to a future workshop within the same calendar year up to 10 days in advance of the original workshop date at no cost. Reschedule requests must be accompanied with the date and location of the alternative workshop and reschedules may only occur once. Cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to the workshop date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of enrollment. Cancellation within 15 days of the workshop date requires full payment. Cancellations of a rescheduled registration, regardless of time frame, requires full payment.
Online Training: No refunds, exchanges, or substitutions after User registration on MyCLS has occurred. Refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee which will be subtracted from the return amount.
