The Situational Change Leadership™ course equips leaders with the skills to not only lead through change, but thrive in it, enhancing the overall organisation’s agility and resiliency.
Building on the foundation of the Situational Leadership® Essentials course, the Situational Change Leadership™ virtual public workshop course equips leaders with the critical skills to lead their team through change by proactively building a Situational Change Ownership™ culture and creating alignment when change hits.
This live, virtual training event leverages a social format to enrich and inspire learning through collaboration with the facilitator and peers, as well as polls, discussions and relevant case study videos. During the course, you will also receive valuable resources and job aids to help you apply what you learned back on the job.

Day 1: Participants explore and personalise several key concepts about leading change and creating a Situational Change Ownership™ culture on their team using Situational Leadership® practices. They receive a high-level introduction to the four-phased Situational Change Leadership™ Process and a deeper dive into Phases 1 and 2.

Day 2: Participants examine Phases 3 and 4 of the Situational Change Leadership™ Process through discussion and case study scenarios. They learn to assess and build change openness in their teams, apply the appropriate leadership styles for change tasks, identify solutions and evaluate their team’s change openness to utilize in their own change situations.
