The aim of this session is to offer an introduction to understanding unconscious bias in the workplace. By raising awareness and challenging your beliefs, decisions, and mindsets, you can start to minimise bias and create a more inclusive culture.

- Develop a more comprehensive understanding of unconscious bias, what it is, and how to define it.
- Explore some of the causes of unconscious bias and how this impacts people in the workplace.
- Identify some of the common biases that are found in the workplace.
- Consider and explore practical steps and strategies to challenge and minimise biases in your daily work.
