The aim of this session is to introduce your managers to diversity, equity, and inclusivity, to equip them with the awareness, understanding, and confidence, to live these values in a meaningful way in their daily work, and to meet the needs of those they manage enabling them to perform at their best.

Modules/Lessons
During this session, we will:
- Develop a foundational understanding of the definitions of diversity, equity, and inclusivity, with a particular emphasis on how equity and equality differ.
- Equip you with knowledge of the legislative requirements and nine protected characteristics and explore where and how these may impact your work.
- Consider the relationship and connection between these three values, their benefits and importance in the workplace
- Build an understanding of intersectionality and allyship and the relevance of these terms in your work as a manager.
- Explore some of the key challenges and ideas for how you can address these, to foster greater inclusivity in your team.
