Psychological Safety - Taster Session

This taster session aims to offer an initial introduction to psychological safety and its importance and value in the workplace and as part of organisational culture.

Description

During this session, we will:

  • clarify our understanding and definition of psychological safety in the workplace.
  • deepen our understanding by exploring the four stages of psychological safety.
  • identify some of the barriers to achieving a psychologically safe culture.
  • start to build some early insights into the behaviours that enable and support us in moving toward a psychologically safe culture.

Please note: this is a one-hour initial taster session. Should you be interested in this topic more broadly, we can design and deliver a fully comprehensive development session for you, your teams or departments, or the wider organisation.
