Values Based Recruitment: Taster Session
Join us for an interactive conversation exploring the challenges of recruiting the right people.
Description
“98% of employees wouldn’t work somewhere that does not fit their values”
City of London Economic Research
Post-pandemic we have experienced a highly challenging recruitment market – too many vacancies, and insufficient applicants. Although overall vacancy levels have started to show some early signs of decline, they are still 25% higher than pre-pandemic. With the upfront, and hidden, rising costs of recruitment and selection, we cannot afford to get it wrong, or fail to secure an appointable candidate, not least because of the negative impact on the rest of the organisation. So how do we design and implement our recruitment strategies to maximise the opportunity to recruit the right people for our organisations?
Join us for an interactive conversation exploring the challenges of recruiting the right people. This session will offer some ideas and insights, by starting from our core values as an approach, to creating the best opportunities of finding the people who not only fulfil the role but offer best fit with your organisation.
