Women in Leadership - Taster Session
A dynamic and interactive webinar for women leaders in business, government, and non-profit organizations
Description
We’re the most educated, powerful generation of women in history, we’re graduating in higher numbers from university than men, reaching the senior ranks in business and politics and we’re the primary breadwinners in many households. Yet eight out of ten women experience stress on how to get everything done, reach our potential and establish a work/life balance. Women bring a creative spark, intelligence, personality, professional ability and motivation to senior roles, but there are still constraints on career progression, both organisational and personal. This webinar will consider some of these constraints and will discuss ways to address them.
The session will cover:
- The barriers that keep women from getting ahead
- The DNA of Women Leaders
- How to avoid getting trapped in the ‘Superwoman Syndrome’
- How to balance work and life and make the most of your time away from the office
- Communicating with alpha males
- Developing a new business agenda to support women
- Q&A
